Negotiate Like the Winners Program:Everyone negotiates almost every day, whether it be in the context of a legal action, marital interaction, parent-child relationship or otherwise. Many people are very good negotiators and others not so good. Even those who think they are good negotiators may not be and/or may not be aware of what they are doing that make them competent or cause them to operate under the delusion that they are better at negotiating than they are. The purpose of this program is to explore approaches to negotiation that can improve negotiation skills, and to provide a framework for planning in advance of a negotiation.
